Worried about HIV Infection

I am a heterosexual male, and I performed oral on a female that I had just met at a bar (one night stand). I did oral until she climaxed (approximately 30 min), and swallowed her fluids -- 2 days later, I woke up with a sore throat that has now persisted for 10 days -- I did go to see my doctor on day 5 and was tested for strep, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Chlamydia, and HIV (which I know isn't going to be detectable that soon after contact, but the doctor recommended it) -- I tested negative for all including Oral Chlymydia ---, but now 5 days later (10 total days after exposure, my throat is still sore -- I can't help but think that my throat is sore due to HIV entering at that point during ORAL? -- I have read enough to know that being infected while performing oral is negligible, but could I have contracted HIV during this session of recklessness? -- I know i have to wait 4-6 weeks post exposure to be tested for HIV - Should I be worried? -Thanks for responses.

You are definitely feeling anxious, I can tell.  First, related to HIV which is in the title of your post, you have no worry as you had zero risk from your exposure. HIV is spread in very specific ways that include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles to inject drugs.  Those are the only ways.  Air and saliva deactivate the virus. Giving oral is NOT a risk. No need to test for this and please don't waste your time and money doing so.  The other std's are highly unlikely as well and doctors tell you to not test unless you have symptoms. You tested any way. Sore throat is indicative of a virus. Cold. Covid. Flu. Tonsilitis.  Your main question is HIV, there is ZERO risk for HIV.
