Worried about hiv infection

Dear Sir,  
Last afew days I went to oil massage and I rub her veginal outside of her underwear and the girl was her period.After a few second I use same hand to touch my wound on my testicles ( loss fur ), my penis and inner layer of foreskin, I didnt know bleeding or not and my penis and my inner layer of foreskin at that time.I didnt make other sexual intercourse. As above conditions, Could you please let me know.
1.The blood under or above fingernail to touch my wound,my penis and foreskin can transmiss hiv virus.
2.If my wound have alitter bleed or My penis and foreskin have small cut, how was the infection.

When it comes to sexual activities - no penetration = no risk.  Penetration means penis in a vagina, unprotected.  If that didn't happen, you didn't have a risk, no matter what "what ifs" you can think of.

The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

If you do not do either of those activities, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.   You had zero risk from this event and you do not need to test.  There is no information you could add that would make this a risk for HIV.
