Oral sex is considered a negligible risk, which means that it is possible in theory for a transmission but that the conditions are so unlikely to happen that the risk is considered nonexistent.
You were not at risk of HIV and do not require testing for it. However, oral sex is a risk for other STIs such as chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphilis. I invite you to get tested for those.
