Worried about thinking of hiv

Dear med help team
I had unprotected sex with one girl in dubai before six month.and before five month I come to my country just to make you clear after 1 month of unprotected intercose I get married with my girl she is pregnant and hospital check her std and hiv all are negetive.it's been 6 month of risk exposer and five month with my wife her result is negetive do I still need get tested because my wife window period is over please help and sorry for bad English

And my wife and girlfriend iN nepal is same so there is only two I'm just worried for dubai one to whom I didn't see since six month

You have to test because of the Nepal girlfriend. There is nothing else to do and only a test will give the answer.

Yes I'm agree with you but I didn't use any protection since before and I told you that even she is pregnant after that still there is chances my wife didn't get hiv from me if I had already for example

Sorry can you reread what you just wrote, because I can't figure what you are trying to say in the last post. If you read the below it is a summary of your family's situation.

1. You said before that she already tested.
2. You didn't test yet so you have to do your own test so you can make sure you don't have HIV.
3. Until you do a test that proves that you are negative then you are continuing to put her at potential risk.

I reread all your posts and think I figured what your situation is.
You had unprotected sex only with your girlfriend who became your wife. She has tested negative.

Now you are wondering since she tested negative if you need to test. First I need to know were you a virgin before you met her?

Thank you so much for your quick reply my girlfriend in dubai and nepal is diffrent I'm just worried for dubai one.after having intercose with my wife she went for teSt after five month so I had sex with dubai girl friend before six month was last time.and with my wife since 5 month just now she get tested according to that my wife get tested at five month she is negetive it's over window period if I'm infelted then her report suppose to be positive I think it's conclusive for me.

People don't get HIV every time they have sex with an HIV person.
Your wife's negative results won't prove that you don't have it, so you need to use protection until you test. Any test will be conclusive at this point, so you need to take one for your wife's sake.
