HIV Risk from 5-10 seconds of performing oral sex without ejaculation on a man

Hello everyone, two weeks ago, I had a brief exposure to unprotected oral sex (for like 5-10 seconds) without ejaculation, where I was the giver, with a man of unknown HIV status. Unfortunately on the same day, I had a very small canker sore on lip, quite hidden near the base of the teeth. Also my gums bleed not so much when I brush.  Do you think I should worry about the HIV exposure? What is my HIV risk?

After around 40 hours of exposure, I contacted French Government Information Kiosque explaining to them my worry of contracting HIV through this sexual activity. They said there is "no risk".The next day I contacted them again, there was another person who said the risk is very low, but he is not sure , around 60th hour post exposure, I contacted them again, and they said that the time of exposure makes my HIV risk nearly zero. Is this alarming?

You've had several people tell you that you were never at risk, and they are correct.

The only risks for HIV transmission in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

You can forget about this event and move on.
