Your 6 week test also looked for an antigen that is produced prior to Hiv antibodies. It's virtually conclusive you are negative.
I'd take one more test at 12 weeks to satisfy cdc guidelines. Any antibody test at that time is conclusive.

Your test a week after was probably useless, but your 6 week negative means it's unlikely that you got HIV from this encounter. Remember, if she was "so easy," so were you, so it's a good idea to carry condoms if you are prone to having sex with others whose HIV (and STD) status is unknown to you.
Not sure if they did a 4th generation test being it took an hour or perhaps it was a 3rd generation. Assuming this was a 3rd generation AB test only, it is still very encouraging being most would have tested positive if infected. Test a final time at 12 weeks for a conclusive result.
