Would this increase the chances of HIV transmission?

Hello,

Some days back I was engaged in paid sex and it is now causing much anxiety and fear.

I already have Herpes (both 1 and 2). My foreskin is almost always reddish with mild sores and there is a chronic burning sensation in the urethra. All this is attributed to my herpes.

I am fearful that I might have caught HIV because I had unprotected oral sex. The sores on my foreskin were not bleeding or anything but were inflamed as usual. I can see reddish lines on the thinner area on my foreskin. Plus the burning urethra must be inflamed as well.

It usually hurts when I touch my foreskin even after a little masturbation. It also increases the burning sensation inside and out.

I had protection during vaginal penetration but I am afraid that HIV might be easily contracted as the condom was sort of loose the entire time. And there was no protection during oral sex

Also, I have read that HIV is easily contracted if herpes is already present since all the white blood cells are attracted to the site of inflammation!

Please advise if I should have HIV due to this episode. Would the window period be increased due to my herpes condition?

If I now get infected with another STI alongwith HIV, could that too lead to an increase in the window period? Please advise. Thank you.

since you wore a condom during the intercourse, you were protected. the vaginal fluids would have to get in your urethra,  and for that to happen your condom would have had to fall off inside of her. the oral was no risk.

Thank you for your response. The condom never fell off but I felt symptoms from the very next day. Symptoms include pain in neck and inner left groin both on left side. I am feeling pain in my armpits. Also, I am feeling pain in my shoulders. I cannot eat much because I feel like vomiting all the time. Plus I have a mild pain near my temple region on both sides. I just visited a doctor who emphasized that my risk was not enough to warrant a PEP course. Are these symptoms not HIV specific?

Maybe the doctor believes that my mind is playing games with me. But I remember that the condom was slipping too much. After a few thrusts I needed to pull it back so it would tighten. Would that not be a risk factor in my case?

Thanks again for your replies.
No because if it slipped enough for something to get under it, then it would have fallen off. All your symptoms have nothing to do with a disease you can't have, and in fact you need to reread about tricks because they are in your imagination from fear of dying, but you aren't going to die.
Thank you for your reply. I had earlier read that genital sores caused by HSV2 increase the risk of HIV infection due to increased concentration of white blood cells in the region of sores. This is because HIV specifically targets white blood cells. When the condom slipped, the areas with sores were left uncovered for a considerable time. I am worried because of that as well. Would that not increase my risk of contracting HIV?
It only increases your risk IF you had a risk to begin with, which you did not.  Let's say that having herpes sores increases your risk by 2x (it doesn't, but let's say it does).  If you had zero risk, zero x2 is still zero.

I hope you informed the escort that you had active herpes sores, because she is at risk of getting herpes from you.
Hello
I am not sure that I had zero risk since I do not know her hiv status. I tested negative at one month. However, I have now developed severely itchy rashes in the middle area of my chest. It is red and has several small pimples spread throughout that area. In addition I have an itchy pimple near my anus but no rash.
Why do I suddenly have this itchy skin rash two months after the encounter? It itches constantly in the neck and chest area. The pimples are seemingly spreading  to my shoulder and stomach. Is this not HIV? Thank you.
you've been answered both of your no risk activity, and that symptoms are not an indicator of anything since there was no risk.
It doesn't seem that you understand math very well because you don't understand the example. "Let's say that having herpes sores increases your risk by 2x (it doesn't, but let's say it does).  If you had zero risk, zero x2 is still zero. ":
See your doc or a therapist because your anxiety is a bit of a mental illness at this point which requires one on one discussion, and this in just an HIV forum.
