acute hiv

hi there...ok so here's my situation. I had unprotected sex with someone about 3 months ago and he did not ejaculate in me.The past two months I have been having symptoms such as a feeling of weakness, fatigure, loss of appetite, and geneeral "weird" feeling. ALo the past week or so I have been feeling burning that started in just my hands, and now is all over my body. Its worse at night. There was a man who was HIV + in my house about 5 weeks ago. I had no direct contact with him, but I also had an awful yeast infection during that time, which caused me to scratch myself in that area a lot. I know it sounds crazy but I think I may have gotten HIV from this person, by maybe getting his saliva or skin cells or something in my nails and then scratching it into me. I know it doesnt make sense but I literally have most of the symptoms of HIV. I had a rapid test a week ago and it was negative. But i think that is just because the antibodies hadn't formed yet. I wouildnt be so worried if i didnt have this constant burning all over me (i read tha it is called peripheral neuropathy). Please help.

i am also really worried what the constant bruning and pain is...i read that there arent that many other explanations for the pain i am going through besides hiv. and i have lost like 10 lbs in the past 2 weeks. i am constantly feeling out of it, like everything that is happeneing is like a dream...its weird i don't know.

Stop reading about peripheral neuropathy.  You can not catch hiv in the manner you described regarding the hiv + person in your home.  If you had no sexual exposure to him and no needle sharing with him, you have nothing to fear.
Unprotected sex is, however, a reason for concern.  Your 10 (or so) week test is a very good indicator that you are negative.  You should confirm these results at the 13 week mark.  Reading about hiv symptoms is the craziest  thing a person worried about hiv can do.
