Terrified whether this is ARS

Hello,
I had protected anal sex and unprotected oral sex with another male approximately 3 weeks ago. In the past week, I thought I had a neurological disorder with lower back pain and sensitive skin on my buttocks, thighs and ankles. I had sore shins as well. I went to the doctor and had an examination on my legs done in which the doctor said they were fine. I asked to get a urine test done for STD's and to get a oral swab done as I had an ulcer in my mouth. The results came back negative in a couple of days. Soon after however I started to get a sore throat 2 days ago and a runny nose and dry cough came after. At the moment I am having trouble breathing and sleeping and don't know if what I'm experiencing is ARS related or a separate upper respiratory illness unrelated. I have to wait 3 weeks for my first hiv test and I'm terrified. I keep thinking the man I had sex with pulled the condom off when I wasn't looking and hence the symptoms. I contacted him a few days ago and he is adamant he is negative and the condom did not break and was intact from start to finish. So why do I have these unexplained symptoms? First the aching leg muscles and sensitive skin now a sore throat and runny nose? Should I be concerned? Thanks for your help.

I didn't put in that I've had a burning itchy sensation when I urinate since it happened and my anus had been itchy and irritable. For a week I thought it was hemmeroids but figured it couldn't because there was no blood and it felt like pushing out glass it hurt that much. It still get tingly after 3 weeks. That's not a good sign.

You had no HIV risk. Symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.
