Worried about HIV transmission during massage and oral sex

Dear expert

10 days before I was drank and went to a massage house in a 4 star level hotel, where i recieved service from massage girl, including: shower together, licked my body and fingers, sucked my penis with water and with jello, touch my body with her breasts and gave me unprotected oral sex for about 10 minutes and i shoot in her mouth.then we took shower again.

after that, the massage girl complained that her mouth was hurt during oral sex, but no blood can be seen, and the day after i found red on the top of my penis, no blood or wound, more like a abrasion and it was gone 1 day after.

then I felt tickle on my penis for about 3 days, and got a fever, body temperature around 36.5-38 degree, which made me freakout.after took medicine following doctor's advice, the fever was gone.

so my questions are

1. Am i risk of HIV transmission?
2.Did the risk grow as massage girl's wound in her mouth and my abrasion on my penis?
3. Do i need to test?

Thanks

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
