i had an affair with a lady we had unprotected sex since end of April 2014 up to May 10 and i had some rush on my penis and i had flu, sore, throt, itching,dizzness, and my lymphy node at the back of my ear was paining for weeks in my mouth taste changes,and there is moving objects in my body,my eyes watery i cant face wind ,and the was pain in my muscles and i have a pain on lower abdomen but i can eat a lot no vomiting,no sweating,and i was tested after 8 weeks and 12 weeks and 16 week 20 week all came back negative  i want to know do i need another test and is the possibility that i have HIV or can it be hide all these tests

Test results overrule symptoms, and your results prove you do not have HIV. Stop worrying and stop testing. (And your symptoms are not suggestive of HIV anyway.)
