I didn't get any side effects what the nurse mention to me and the doctor also prescribed azithromycin take as a single dose i got that medication on Wednesday morning and took it as soon after i eat lunch then but i never knew the side effects of the drug later 3 days later i had a belly cramp and i was giving out less urine so i started drinking lots of water then it return to normal but i had **** like clay in the toilet one day then everything return to normal a few days after on the 26th of February i consumer some alcohol and on the 28th i had a slight neck pain and disappeared and returned and now am having belly aches and lower back pain cause my partner at the moment is pregnant just 2 months now anyways back to the story am not having any more pain just besides my neck and shoulders and belly also i have lost appite and Monday the 2nd of march i had done and HIV screening to find out if i had become a victim of HIV cause i was worried that i had it is that all signs of HIV cause my results won't be back in a week and for the pass few days i have been stressed out that am a victim of HIV i have no other symptoms no swollen lymph nodes no other symptoms of any kind also the person i had sex with is taking some medication to get pregnant cause she doesn't know if she has gonorrhea she is taking provera clomid and metformin can you tell me what is the main purpose of those medication please and she also said someone is donating the sperm to her and very worried and seeking for answers

Therefore the medication I took started to give me side effects a few days later cause I had less urine coming out I got injected on my right butt and it gave me leg pain the next week neck pain and stomach pain also I have **** clay only once and I always still fart

As you had unprotected sex there is a risk but to put this into perspective the chances of her being HIV positive is very very slim and the chances of you catching HIV from this incident even if she were positive is small. Taking the two combined I can predict your test will come back negative. Of course other STD's are far easier to catch as you have found out yourself but the STD you've mentioned is a very common one. Her medications are being taken for a condition referred to as polycystic ovary syndrome. This syndrome can cause fertility problems hence her medications.
