am i positive

hi
i had sex with a thai prostitute in south africa. ( i am south african). we changed condoms once during intercourse.
i had a cut under my foot which did not come in to contact with any of her bodily fluids..
my question is, when having a shower alone, after intercourse could her bodily fluids, that could have been on me, gotten into the cut.
also what are the risks of changing condoms during intercourse?
i have been for a n hiv test and:

is a 4th generation hiv test accurate after 6 weeks?
i was tested at 22 days with a negative result then again at 43 days again with a negative result.
is this conclusive?
i do plan on going for the 12 week test
i have been having certain symptoms viz: slight headaches, stuffy nasal passages and sporadic fatigue.
though i think the fatigue is from

as a matter of interest, when would a person show sympyoms of infectio..
ie: how long after exposure do symptoms begin to manifest.
also what are the most common giveaways that you have been infected.

You had no risk for HIV. Your condoms did not break and changing them is not a risk. As for the cut...don't even think about it, it has no risk at all.
