The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

There is no other event, including the one you mentioned, that would put you at risk for HIV.

but why the doctor give me pep and he said 50/50 chances that i might get infected
do i need to get tested again?
Your doctor doesn't know anything about HIV.  You didn't need PEP, you have ZERO chance of being infected, and you don't need to test.
thank u so much i have a rashes maybe because of pep pills i only have 8 tablet.to.finish it
It is not wise to be taking a med that gives you rashes, just because you do not believe in the 40 year old science that has proven you had no risk. You should realize that everyone in this country touches other people's wounds a few times every year accidentally - None of them ever get hiv.

It is wise to accept this advice,"Your doctor doesn't know anything about HIV.  You didn't need PEP, you have ZERO chance of being infected, and you don't need to test."                     To which I will add, I think your doctor wanted to get you out of his office because you were wasting so much of his time discussing such a silly fear, so he just gave you a placebo prescription.
