another paranoid nut

I had a sexual encounter with two transsexuals whom I met on the internet. One of them is a health care professional. The other one could possibly be a sex worker or someone who regularly meets strangers for sex, the latter being highly likely. They are friends. I spoke with them about their sexual history and they said they were free from STIs and HIV.

The health care professional performed unprotected oral sex on me without asking. She then tried to have unprotected anal, I believe there is a slight possibility that my penis may have touched her anus for a brief second, but did not go inside.

I insisted on a condom, became nervous, lost my erection, she removed the condom and performed oral sex on me until I reached climax; I pulled out and ejaculated. I also put her nipples in my mouth. I made out with both of them and I accidentally bit the inside of my cheek pretty bad. This was the entirety of sexual contact I had with them. If possible read carefully and discuss my risks.

I have reason to believe that there is a good possibility that they had hooked up with someone else before I arrived at their house. How does that multiply my risk?

This was a stupid move by me because I did not intend for things to go that far. I wanted to meet new people, I was not sure what I wanted, but overall the experience has been traumatizing. Internet casual dating is very risky and I advise men who look at transsexual porn to be wary. I believe fantasy affected my judgment in negative way.

The transsexuals I encountered told me they have their hormone injections at a doctor who requires that they receive HIV testing in order to be treated with hormones. They assured me repeatedly that they were HIV negative and STI free.

That being said...I waited 25 days, and had a test for HIV, HEPATITIS and they also drew blood for something called CBC. I went to the doctor initially because I became ill about 2-3 weeks after my encounter. I experienced a lot of sneezing, headaches, violent chills, intense night sweats which have since subsided. I had a tingling throat, painful nodes, and now I feel considerably better save for a cough which is persisting. I suspected a possibility of ARS.

The doctor I visited seemed very Christian. he believed my flu like symptoms were a virus and prescribed no meds. He said that HIV can take up to six months to show up. He also said that I should not be worried about infection although he did test me. So yea, I am worried.

If I had ARS will that increase the chances of a positive test at 25 days? How risky is my encounter? I plan on going back for another test at 90 days if negative. Transsexuals are at a very high risk for HIV apparently according to various websites.

I have been tested in the past and I was negative. I have had no risk sexual behavior whatsoever other than this incident. I have had very few sexual partners and sex in general prior to this. I am afraid and just want light shed on my various questions if possible.

Thanks.

My HIV test at 25 days was negative. The other tests were normal as well. I am still very afraid. I have 3 small red round spots on my chest. I am not sure if it is a rash or what. I hope other people can learn from my mistakes.

Thanks for the replies. They put your penis in their mouth before you can say no, and if you are dumb like me you let it happen.

I would love to hear from a doctor on this particularly about coming into contact with other peoples fluids....the possibility of another person getting "deep throat" oral before I got there.

I will donate if a doc replies.

Thanks.

nothing you did put you at risk for contracting hiv.  there is no need for further testing.

No risk at all. Your penis never penetrated her.

How does someone give your oral without asking? I thought that line was funny.
