barber fingre

i am from india ,in india barber change blade after each and every customer during shaving not knife
barber only clean knife by water,
my question my barber clean the knife by water and then dry it by finger and then change blade
my query is that if barber finger have some wound is this dangers and barber is infected with HIV

kindly tell me in details if this have no risk

but the sharp object is  contaminated with hiv infected blood

who tells you ? there is few documented case in which
hiv is transmitted from sharp object.
