best time for HIV test with HSV-1 postive persons.

Hi,
I would like to go through for HIV test since in the end of January(Jan 25th,2009) I had protected sex with some sex worker. But later on I am so anxiety and depresses lot. I am facing the symptoms like energy loss, muscle aches , throat infection & abdonminal pain like that.
I am not in my native country , I am in another country..language problem here.
Thanks to this forum. I am feeling relax & confident after reading this forum news about HIV transmission.

one month back I went to clinic to test for all STD's since I faces some soft penis pain problem after exposure.
and doctor told me some inflamation was there in my penis and suggested some blood tests.
Results like this, Please note all blood tests only,
VDRL --Negative
TPHA -- Negative
Anti Chlamdyia IgG -- negative
Anti Chlamdyia IgM -- Postive ( 1.5 Index).
IgG Anti HSV 1 -- 6.10,  (Positive).
Anti HSV 1 IgM - 0.40 ,
IgG Anti HSV II -- 0.10 ,
IgM Anti HSV II -- 0.40

thorugh this fourm I came to know that Blood test for Chlamdya was not accurate and I didn't face any chlamdyia symptoms also. I faced soft penis pain and only one day I faced penis iching for 3 hours .
I took medicines for Chlamdyia and penis inflamation at the same time. I am not sure how my soft penis pain was cured whether with Chlamdyia medicines or penis inflamation medicines.
Now my doubt is when is the best time to test for HIV ?
is HSV-1  postive will delay the HIV results?
Though this forum I came to know that weak immune system persons has to wait to test for HIV about six months ,Is it correct?
Please answer me....thanks a lot for your help.
