Oral check

A quick one. I had unprotected oral by a massage therapist in Morocco last night. No intercourse. I did touch her vagina. I know it's a zero HIV risk. I woke up this morning with a sore throat and a white stain on my tonsils and few white dots on my lips. Is this related to an infection? HIV? Std? Please let me know as I started to freak out.

Thanks for the feedback. How about STDs? It was a 5 sec oral done by her on me. Do i need to test? Are the white dots on my lips related to STD infection?

You had no risk. HIV can only be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV drug works and from mother to child. You had no risk and do not need to be tested.
