can I trust 16 week rapid blood test?

I had a one night stand with a guy of unknown status. I went post 3 weeks for rapid hiv blood test and std screening all came back negative . Also went 111 days post exposure and had a negative rapid blood test and std screening. Still scared after reading online about false negatives so I went and bout an oraquick test at cvs at 132 days post encounter and it was negative then I bought another oraquick test at 1140 days it was negative. I guess im so scared because ive never had a one night stand before and im worried im in the 3 % that takes 6 mo to develop antibody.  Thanks

You are welcome.
Completely trust your results that you have repeatedly tested negative past the window period.
Take care.

Only reason I am asking is I went for my annual female check and she said I needed to be retested again at 6 months from the incident so it re opened fear and anxiety for me .

She gave you outdated information.
Go to the CDCs website and see that they consider just an antibody test conclusive at 12 weeks.
If you insist on testing again 24~26 really doesn't matter here. Please don't revert back to fear. 95% of all infected people will test positive by 6 weeks. An 8 week negative is rare to change with modern tests. I hope those figures helps realize you satisfied CDC requirements for a negative result.

If I wanted to retest for my 6 months just to get 100% reassurance would I do that at 24 or 26 weeks ?

As iommi said before, you are conclusively negative. 3 months is enough time. Your diabetes doesn't make a difference.

I cannot eat , sleep or function because of deep fear . I just want to be able to move forward and leave this horrible mistake in the past but I also want to make sure I am ok .
You are conclusively hiv negative. False negatives are really when people test to soon.
Put this behind you concerning hiv.
Ok thank you I appreciate your prompt response,  I was making sure i did not need to go to my Dr and have a send off lab test done.
I neglected to ask if you used a condom. If so, you were protected from possible hiv exposure. If you did not use a condom it changes "nothing" from my original reply.
Take care.
Well when it started yes there was a condom in place i reached down and felt to make sure . It was dark and I rushed out of there as soon as it was over guilt set in . But lights were out so not sure if it was intact or was properly still in place . Thank You !!
Also if I'm diabetic will that matter ?
Im sorry im being a pain . I did get put on medication for the anxiety issues. But have yall heard of anybodys result change at 6 months retest ?
