can i get hiv from other mans semen in my girlfriends vagina ?

hello, i'm a 27 year old male.
i have a girlfriend, we stayed together for 3 years. we did health checkup and we were both negetive for hiv (just 8 days ago).

in the past few days she had sex with another man without protection. and yesterday i also had unprotected intercourse with her,
today just discovered she have  cheated, and when i ask her,she told me she also had two unprotected sexual encounter with the other guy within the last 5 days. the second encounter happened just 24 hrs before she have the unprotected sex with me, now i suspect the guy might have hiv because he is a heroin addict for very long time, also peoples tell has hiv and doesn't take meds.

now i'm worried, and what's worrying me is
1. if she is newly infected, can she develop enough viral load within 5 days to transmit the disesse ?

2. i had sex with her 24 hrs after her second sexual encounter with the guy. she told me he ejaculated in her and she only used towel and didn't washed.
can the virus survive in her vaginal canal for 24 hrs, so i get infected from the trace of his semen because i didn't wear condoms ?

ps. she didn't have another risky encounter other than this, also i only had sex one time since she cheated on me.

help i'm stressed to death

Eh, that's terrible, man.  Sorry your girl cheated.  Happened to me once and ya, it is an awful feeling.  And since she also had unprotected sex, she put you at risk.  It's a small risk though, remember that.  Very small.  Less than 1 percent for a one time sex encounter.  Wear condoms if you engage in intercourse again. Because she did put you at risk, as anxious said, take a 4th generation DUO test at 28 days or after.  It should be negative with such a small risk and if it is, then it conclusive.  Remember, the odds are in your favor that you did not get HIV from this.  Is the relationship over?

A duo is conclusive after 1 month and any other after 3 months, so depending on which test you took there is 1 or 3 months of window period prior to the 5 days unaccounted for. If she had unprotected during that window period then she could be positive and infect you. There are a few unknowns involved in your situation considering she has a history of unprotected sex and cheating so I wouldn't trust her claims about what she did during the window period.
So I would take a duo after 28 days or you can get her to do that and show you the result.
There is no evidence pointing toward her being positive and you don't get hiv every time you have vaginal with another person, so try to forget about this and not worry until you have a test result.
