can test protein detect hiv ?

  i done the test protein from blood test . the doctor said everything are normal and no sigh of infection . my doctor didn't test for hiv, he just test protein . my exposure 1 month a go .

  can the test of protein detect hiv ?

Condoms are designed to leave no question about it when they fail.  You had protected sex.  You are fine.

  I went to cambodia last month and i had sex intercourse with prostitute there . i used a cheap condom, it costed just 50 cents, but it's latex condom . I worry about the quality .

  does latex condom have hole ? it's doesn't matter where it made

I don't know why he tested for that, you have to ask him. As for HIV, you had no risk.

  i had a small cut on inner foreskin, but i used condom and it didn't break. my doctor didn't test for hiv, he just look for protein and he said everything normal and no sigh of infection .    

  could you please tell me, what is test blood protein ? why doctor test my protein ?
