chronic oral thrush HIV? help under stress

I've had unprotected sex with multiple partners and I have performed oral sex 2 months ago and I haven't been in any sexual intercourse since...I've been under severe stress, developing some kind of oral thrush at the back of my throat that won't seem to go away. I can't keep my mind of the fact that I might have contracted HIV. Also I have severe anal itching (Did not perform anal sex) that hasn't stopped. I have looked up the symptoms for HIV and I do not have any of them except for constant itching, abdominal pain and watery, transparent and odorless vaginal discharge. I am driving myself crazy constantly thinking I might have something. I've had a pap test, swabs and blood test taken a month ago. All negative. Please help? I don't know what to do.

We all make mistakes, I am sure you will get another chance to make things right this time. Go get tested, I know is stressful and scary like you want to know but at the same time you dont want to know.  I agree with @fafa999 white tongue can be due to a digestive issue or due to acid reflux I also have a white tongue. So go get tested

Ur symptoms are meaningless! just a test in right window period can overrules infection. For instance let's take ur supposedly oral trush. When did u realize u have a trush? After reading what are the ARS symptoms on internet. Is it really a trush? White patches on back of tongue are often due to digestive issue, acid reflux, tobacco and alcohol consumption. And between us do you know how thick is a trush? U will have run to the ER realizing u got that in ur throat!

Thank you. I don't think I will be having any sexual intercourse in the near future or prolonged future at all. I am so scared by all of this. I am usually very careful but I made ONE very awful mistake and this happens. I am just praying for one last chance to make everything right.

I totally understand you, we are going through the same I also have itching on my anus and sore throat I was told it could be caused by lack of good hygene or contaminated food. For my throat they said it was acid reflux.  I recommend to re test so you can be sure and move on. Sometimes we have so much guilt that we think we have to get punished. I have also had multiple sex partners and I do regret it but take learn off your mistakes and protect yourself.

Thank you Insbiz. My mother is actually the one who is very religious and the guilt and anxiety is eating me up because of the fact that I have made her so disappointed with what I've done and caused her a great deal of sadness and betrayal. I never meant to hurt her but I wasn't thinking at the moment and now I can't change the past. I don't know how to heal, I don't know where to start.

Hi if you grew in a religious society/group your guilt and anxiety will stem from the fact that you engeged in risky behavior as you say your being punished work through your guilt and what is causing it. Then you may feel better after.

I have been under so much stress lately... I can't bear to look at myself anymore. I can't forgive myself for what I've done. I feel like I am being punished. The anal itching has spread to my vaginal area aswell and I've been having lower abdominal pain lately. HPV? Gonorrhea? pelvic inflammatory disease? Should I be getting an ultrasound done? x-ray?

Your stress could be the cause for a lot of your ailments.   Get your proper tests at the proper time and see a doctor and possibly a therapist for someone to talk to.   They can help a lot from what i understand.    As your body gets older, things happen.    There is just no way around that.

Thank you so much for the responses. What could the anal itching mean? It's been getting worse and worse... I've been extremely gassy and every time I go to the washroom to do a big one my stool is a normal colour but when I wipe it is orange... I don't understand why? It was never like this until a few days ago.

Your test at 3 or 4 weeks being negative was a good sign no matter what test it was but it is not conclusive.   If it was a standard Elisa antibody test and you didnt have any symptoms at the time of the test then you will need to get another test.  But it being negative at 3 to 4 weeks is a good sign.  If it was a 4th generation test then your chances are even better not being infected as it was negative.  Suggest 4th generation test after 28 days post exposure will be conclusive, 3rd generation antibody test after 6 weeks but not necessarily conclusive or 100% till 3 months.

If your tests were specific for HIV and of the fourth generation, i.e duo tests, then you do not have HIV.
Symptoms are the worst possible criteria to diagnose HIV.
Now then....."unprotected sex with multiple partners " as you posted is one of the best ways to get HIV.
Not trying to be patronizing...just highlighting the facts.

Thank you for answering. I got these tests done after 3/4 weeks after my last intercourse. All negative but I have severe anal itching and its purple/dark red around the anus area... What could this mean?

If your hiv test after 2 months since your last exposure. Assuming it was a 4th gen test it will be conclusive after 28 days and beyond, if 3rd gen 6weeks and beyond is conclusive. Though most hospitals and clinics do this 2 test for HIV. With regards to HIV you should be fine. And if your test included other std's you should be fine also.
