condom accident and possible risk

i am an 18 year old heterosexual uncircumcised male and where i live testing for aids in a hospital is possible but it for a variety of reasons it could get you in trouble...anyways
some time ago i had protected vaginal intercourse with a sex worker but by the moment it finished she immediately took a piece of toilet paper and with it she removed my condom and with the same paper she wiped me penis
i am worried while she wiped me vaginal fluid from the condom got transferred into the head of the penis
the condom i was using i think it was durex avanti...not entirely sure
for the last days i ve been searching the net and it seems hiv needs at least a whole minute to die and the infected fluid has to be dried

during that time the head of the penis was covered in semen and i read semen can boost the infectivity of hiv due to SEVI and other factors....can vaginal fluids infect semen?

the girl had huge black bump near her limbs and i dont know if that a sign of aids...other than that i thnk she looked healthy maybe she had some normal moles
before the vaginal she gave me unprotected oral sex with a piercing on her tongue but from what i hear thats probably safe cause of saliva

for the past few days this has disrupted the flow of my life
so...what is the risk of this exposure

This is in no way a risk at all.  NONE.

You do not need to worry as HIV is not transmitted by transferrance of fluids in the way you describe and also once exposed to the environment it is deactivated,

Nothing to worry about at all.

not trying to discredit you or anything
but is this proved?can you give me a link or point me the source of your info
for the last 4 days all i ve been doing is searching the net and it says everywhere for hiv to be deactivated needs at least one minute...and this happened in a matter of like 5 seconds...
my foreskin is kinda red and from what i hear the virus can get traped in there and infiltrate entry cells

also i dont know what kind of effect the lube of the condom would have

You are incorrect in what you are saying.  Searching the internet will only fuel your anxieties.

This is not a risk to you at all.

The aegis website contains much of the scientific studies I am referring to. It tends to be quite dry but it will give you the 'proof' that you are asking for

never mind found the search engine
also if hiv dies immediatly after exposed to air then how do you explain the cases of blood splashing into people eyes and get infected?

sexually speaking...transmission takes place INSIDE the body...when a penis is INSIDE a vagina / anus.

you had no risk.  PERIOD !

wasnt the virus still inside its host?considering the fact its host is the body fluid itself....

i know i sound panicked...but for the last few days i am mostly in a state of concern

No, now move along, you've never had an exposure.

i was out on a trip helped me calm down a bit..anyways
i appreciate your response and i know this is probably boring having to answer the same things over and over...but could you explain some more?
or point me out to something that might explain?
sure you can understand just a no with no explanation isnt enough for something thats worrying me so much

i would just get tested and get ovet with it but here things isnt so simple
people would hear about it and it would cause a whole lot of unnecessary drama

you did get an explanation:

sexually speaking...transmission takes place INSIDE the body...when a penis is INSIDE a vagina / anus.

but the virus lives inside the fluid for at least a minute or dies when the fluid is dried....correct?
this happened in much less than a minute and touched the foreskin of the penis...
kind of like when infected blood splashed in somones eye and as a result he became hiv positive

but my hope is vaginal fluid has lower concentration of hiv than blood and the quantity of the fluid was small...right?

i am guessing in infected women not the entirety of their vaginal fluid is infected..right?which explains the low rates of infection?
what i get so far is the risk was kind of low but still existent

No, not correct.  Once the outher shell of the virus is damaged it cannot re-infect, even if the fluid is not dry.  The theory that fluid has to dry in order to re-infect is old school thinking and we have much newer studies which show the make up of the virus and that it is the outher shell that is important.

The outer shell is damaged within seconds. Nobody has ever been infected in the manner that you describe.  Never. You will not be the first.

feeling a little better...
found a site that pretty much confirms what you said but
unfortunately most places on the net i looked have the old info like this
http://www.thebody.com/Forums/AIDS/SafeSex/Q144299.html?ic=2003

would be nice if you could tell me the name of the researcher or the university or a keyword so i can find the research myself

another factor is what kind of effect would the lube of the condom have on the virus
it must have been silcon based cause i had trouble washing it off...or water based
also do you know if its easy for vaginal fluid to infect healthy semen?i know there are lots of question
gotta go now i ll be back later
