condom break

Hi I am 27 gay male. Last week, I had protected anal sex with a guy that I know online. At first, I heard a pop sound, I should have known the condom was broken. But we continued until the end. He cummed outside. After that, I checked tge condom, there was a tiny hole on the condom. So I was worried that if his precum leaked through the hole during sex. He told me he was tested negative in June. Should I be worried and get myself tested? I really need help, cant sleep.

You heard a loud pop sound and the result was a tiny hole?

yes!
And you are 100% sure when the water was running none hit the outside which would make it look like there was a leak?

A condom tear is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters. The pop and tiny hole seem like they are in your imagination. You can test with a duo at 4 weeks for a conclusive result or any other test after 12. Depending on which test he took there would be a different window period as explained above, so if he always used a condom after the start of his window period then he is negative anyway - if you trust his claim.

i checked the condom after the sex and filled it up with water. The water leaked out of the tiny hole :(
Do you think i should be tested?
Test using the correct window period if you think there was a hole.
