condom broke, symptoms, worried and scared... HELP!!!

Hi, I need some help!
On 19 Feb, I had sex with at a legal brothel in Australia. I had unprotected oral sex where I gave her head for over 5 to 10 mins and kissed all over her body. She used condom for virginal intercourse but I noticed that during sex the condom raptured. I am not sure how long was the condom torn before I noticed. I believe that as we were having intense intercourse and itcaused the condom to break - may  have broken few mins before I noticed :(

That lady did not shown any concerns and put a new condom on me. I did not ask her if she had any std as my brain faded when I saw the condom broken. Since last two days I have developed rash on the backside of my penis and testicles and now I am freaking out. And now I feel like peeing all the time. No other symptoms so far.

Could you please help me if these symptoms are due to infection like hiv, std etc.

What are my risk due to this exposure.

Thanks in advance and please help.

Thanks for the quick response Nik, do you think that the rash is due to STD infection (not hiv but others).

Are they curable unlike hiv?

Thanks

Unfortunately I'm not a doctor but I have never heard HIV causing rash on genitilia. HIV is blood borne virus and its symptoms varies from person to person. Rashes and frequent urination looks like local infection to me. And yes they can be cured very easily with antibiotics. It may also be just simple UTI or staphylococcus.
Thank you Nik, I will get tested and hope for the best... I will update you with results Thanks again
This morning I noticed multiple white pimples on penis head , no burning or itich

Does that show any more risk or what type of infection it is?

Got tested for goro\chyla this morning n results will come early next week

There is itch in the rash

Hello.
Most women aren't HIV positive and chances are pretty low that she was positive (1:1000 or less) also hiv is really weak virus and difficult to contract (about 1:25) so what we have 1 out of 25000. But anyway it is important to have single HIV test 4 (some experts say 6 weeks) weeks after the encounter. The symptoms sounds like some kind of UTI. Gonorrhea may also me the cause but symptoms normally appear within 2 weeks. Please talk to urologist about that rash.

Cunnilingus was never proven to lead transmission of HIV.

Please have some std tests (HIV, Gonorrhea and maybe Chlamydia) and post results. I bet HIV will be negative.

Best regarda
