do i have hiv?

I started masterbating years ago however since I was a child their was a rash in  my pubic area that cant seem to go away, I used a couple of creams and eventually it was gone. a couple of years ago I masterbated without cleaning the toy from my previouse use but nothing happened afterwards. im afraid of being infected by hiv because theirs a rash on my pubic area and it itches. also ive never had sex before, I only masterbate by self using cleaned toys. could I possibly be infected by hiv? also is it possible to infect  myself with hiv. my labia and outer lips itch too. even tho I dont have the symptoms except for the rash.
please help me quickly...

HIV doesn't just appear out of nowhere. You would've had to be exposed to it by unprotected anal or vaginal sex with someone who is infected or by sharing IV drug needles with infected users.

alright so if you used a toy on both vagina and anus at the same time on yourself can you infect yourself with hiv?
Please re-read Chima's post.  If you don't have unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse, and you don't share intravenous drug needles, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.   Nothing else you can think of is a risk for HIV.
HIV doesn't just appear out of thin air. You can't randomly infect yourself with HIV! I told you in my first response the only way you can get HIV.
im sorry I was just worried and I do understand how it works but I was panicking abit and exams are coming up...  so anyway thank you
