exposure to HIV RISK yesterday???

im a 23yr old male (UK) and yesterday i had sex with a 40yr old sex worker. i didnt realise the condom had totally split until after i had ejaculated inside her. when she realised, she rushed to the toilet and looked as worried as I did and on her online profile she doesnt offer bareback or anal (and when i text her after she assured me shes tested monthly and according to her last test is clean - but do i believe it?).  i also had her perform oral sex on me without a condom. she was also inexpensive (60pound for an hour)- do you think i'm at high risk of catching something (im also circumcised if that makes a difference?) it happened yesterady afternoon, so should i be running to a clinic to get those 72hrs or less pills that reduce the risk of the infection taking hold?? please help

thanks for the response. i agree im at risk of an sti, but given she said she cant have children anymore and she was so worried about herself, should i assume she doesnt hiv (as surely if she did she'd not care about bareback or anal particularly) ?

You are at risk, they use condoms to protect themselves from you. I would not be worried but would take a DUO test at 28 days
