exposure to hiv infected blood

plz answere my question recently i visited a lab unfortunately i have touched the hiv tridot kit inside the membrane and i have small cuts on my fingers , and immediately i have asked the lab persons they said they have tested this kit before 10 minutes i came there is there any risk of hiv is virus lives for 10 minutes outside the world this incident happened at nov 23rd now iam experi some symptoms like fever,diarrohea please help me should i go for tested plz

i guess u have a anxiety or panic attack for having those sympthom,no testing is required for this incident,i see one person vote for testing ignored the poll.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
