fingered in anus & foreskin scratch during handjob massage

this is my first post, i am not native english speaker, sorry for my poor english.
1: about 10 months ago, I went to have a fullbody massage with oil, after the massage, the therapist used her finger(index finger i guess?) with oil insert in to my anus, and keep in and out about four-five mintues while give me a hand job, i hadn't seen any blood on my underware, is that risk?
2: about 3 days ago, I went to have a fullbody massage with oil in a difference place again, this one i only did a fullbody massage and handjob, after that i went home, i took a showel(about three hours after the massage ended), i put some body wash on my penis, i felt hot/sting/pain at my penis, and then i found a scratch/ cut in my foreskin near the glans, it is not deep,i guess it was ~ 8mm * 1mm, i don't see any blood or other fluid.
i don't know when and what cause that, maybe by the therapist nail scratch it during the rough handjob? so , Is it a open wound? am i risk, or do i need a test?

i m very scared, please help me, thank you advance

You were never at any risk of HIV from the situation you described.

thanks,  i'm not mean to repeat my question  but even if the therapist 's finger have some cuts or blood(cause  i think i didn't see that, but the rooms are dark so not 100 % sure) are still be no risk, am i right?
You are right.  If you never have unprotected intercourse with someone of unknown HIV status, and never share intravenous drug needles with another person, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.
thanks, indeed i think i have some 'symptoms', theses 2-3 days after the massage, for example  keep sweating, hard to sleep very exhausted, and have some others fever-like feeling, but now i think it just some anxiety symptoms right?
It isn't hiv. Therefore you don't have to worry about hiv.

This is not a self diagnosed symptoms forum, so you should either see your doc or forget about it because if it is anxiety it will go away when you stop thinking about it.
