fingering a girl came out some blood

I fingered a girl i just met in Hong Kong
I think she was at the latest stage of menstruation so I found some blood on my finger.
I have no sore on my fingers, maybe my finger are a little dry but I can sure there is no bleeding and deep wound

And then I have sex with her for twice with two different condoms.

I just want to know is

1.  possible to get Aids or STD from that fingering and sex?
2.  is that ok to have NAT test after 7 days of exposure?

Thanks everyone !

Fingering does not put you at any risk of HIV transmission. You were never at risk.

1. No, it is not possible
2. There is no need for a test in the situation you described
