fingering with pre ***

hello, i suffer with anxiety and thought i contrated HIV through a piercing, and someone flicking blood in my mouth in a club. i have got over that one now!

my question is, myself and my partner are going through some tough times and i cheated on him with a friend. he fingered me, i saw him masturbating himself. so me being me have jumped to conclusions and have convinced myself that he has HIV, he had pre- cum on his hands (which he has sworn blind he didnt) and then fingered me with the pre cum on his hands. it has been 5 weeks and i have had no symptoms of acute HIV.

Please can you let me know my risk, if he fingered me with pre cum on his hands?

Because HIV is not transmitted from masterbation. Dr's on this site say this all of the time. It is natural for some minimal amount of fluids to be exchanged but any amount is not meaningful, is probably deactivated and HIV does not happen without unprotected intercourse.
