first timer, thinking is killing me, please help

Dear All,
this is a great fourm, i need you help on my below case, i had unprotected sex on 22 Nov 2014 and since then i had several night sweating, lymph node swallen, fever, stomech problem, these never occrued before this expousre at all, a decided to do full blood test CBC + Hepa C and HIV. HIV was combo test on Feb 26 2015. the result came (-) i am worried as my WBC is very low (2.2) and min is 4 and max is 10. doctor recommend another CDC and still shows l WBC (2.3). the doctor could not answer the below as he was general doctor
my question are:
1- does the Low WBC may impact the antibodies generation for HIV and if i need to test further as according to CDC website there are several cases anti body will not be detedted till 6 months?
2- how accurate is the Archtict which is the name of the HIV test machine? and if one test would be enough?

yes i have  tested before and it was normal, it is my first time to have such low number.

how accurate is the Archtict which is the name of the HIV test machine? and if one test would be enough? is my case considered immunie deffect system?

Your HIV test is conclusive, you need to follow up with your Dr or see another Dr on your other blood work questions.

no never, i dont know the reason for this, please help could be this realted to HIV?

...why is your white blood cell count low .... Do u had vacation or etc in recent time ....
