freaking out 5 days later
I went for business to Bangkok and had too much spices food and party during my stay thus my lips were broken and had a sore throat. Two nights before leaving my boss invited me to join him to Soi Cowboy, one of Bangkok red districts and decided to hook up with two sexual workers.
I had sex with one of theme. Even though I used a condom, we French kissed a lot, fingered her with a broken coticule and kissed her in her clit… now 5 days later a have a red rash in my face that burns… is it possible t have symptoms so soon?, I know my behavior carries some risk… not sure how slim or large they are. PLEASE NEED HELP!

kissing is not a risk for hiv...it dosent cause hiv actually...no matter french kiss aur deep kiss...
No clue why your Dr would tell you to test since you had no risk. And you had a DUO test which is conclusive at 28 days. Find a new Dr.
so.. the test came up negative at 28 days. Dr still says that I need to re-test at 12 week so this nightmare its not over yet

I read that at 28 days it's a good sign. I know the feeling of freaking out but I also read that if u test positive then another test should be done. I myself went through this.
Hi have you gotten tested? Only way to know is the tests. Stress can make you question many things.

tested at 18 days a PCR RNA < 40copies ... it came back negative but I'm going to test again at 28 days mark for a P24 Ag+Ab.

its day 7 and I've developed a flue alike feeling with slight headache and sore throat and lymph nodes on my neck are palpable... will test tomorrow cant hold it anymore

as u read about every virus it has a incubation period...so does hiv minimum 14 days
