girl has sex one guy after the other....

Hey guys, community, first i've gotta state that i've been consulting the forum for a looong time, and i've always find reliable information here to nail down my doubts, i'm familiar with thje  postures of dr hunter and hook but this time i'm here with a good one a veri specific one but not paranoid at all cuz it's been kinda answered by my local expert but i'm feeling like i need  some more feed back so if leaders in the community can join the discussion it would be great, here we go:

a few days ago i went to a party and i engaged  in unprotected sex with a youg female 23 yo (i live in mexico city) i'm really not into condomless sex but i was drunk and beside all the classic excuses i really liked the girl so i didn't want to miss that chance,,, anyway, because i was drunk i think it wasn't a long sex sesion , i really can't tell much, but i lost my erection before i could finish, anyway, the girl left the room and i fell sleep, next morning  another guy i just don't know told me she had sex with him before me (also unprotected) like 30 minutes before,, he wasn't joking o bragging cuz other girl confirmed the story, so, that make me wonder if i was doubleing my risks because there's not  a high prevalence of hiv in my city and is even less amog women,  but this made me go to the local specialized clinic in hiv to ask if i needed PEP, but doctor said i didn't  meet the criteria, that i wasn't really at a high risk even with the other guy cuming inside her before me, send me home with shots for other stuff, orders to test in 21 days and that's it...

i'm pretty confident on his pronostic and i don't any other option than just wait fopr my , but it makes me wonder... isn't sharing fluids with another man statistically more risky than it is with a woman? cuz i definetly shared this other guy fluids, i have to say i don't know neither the guy or the girl, not their hiv status, just can tell the're not Drug users, but i'm wondering if denying me PEP was just to save their clinic stock...

do you think i really didn't meet the criteria for PEP?
you think this episode doubles the standard risk for vaginal unprotected?
can you relate me to other simlar posts? i swear i haven't found any other like mine and guys,,, in this forum that's frustrating and weird hahaha.

i'm pretty shure i'll be fine, but i wanna hear from you guys, i'm coming back in june 3 when i have my vtest results just to end the thread.

may the force b with u!!!

Trust your doctor, he sounds wise. PEP is reserved for having unprotected sex with someone KNOWN to have hiv.  It's a potent drug with all sorts of nasty side effects.  You don't' want it unless you need it and you don't. Unprotected sex is a risk but extroidinarily low for a one time exposure.  Less than 1 percent. So, I would not worry that you have HIV but at 28 days or after, take a 4th generation DUO test to confirm.  You have seen your doctor and he says your risk is low. You are hearing it here that your risk was low.  No pep needed but test at 28 days.  I'd bet my right arm it will be negative.  Then move on remember that ALL encounters should be with a condom unless you are in a monogamous relationship with a partner who has tested.
