haircut and HIV

i was getting my haircut at a salon. My wife  noticed a small cut on my head and freaked out right away. I am starting to get nervous because i called a doctor and she said there is always a small possibility. Do you think that if someone got their hair cut that day and got blood on the scissors, or the barber cut his finger on the scissors right now ; then i got cut by them that there is any way i could get HIV's if the person that was cut was  HIV positive?
I should point out that the barber is openly gay. I don't mean this in any derogatory way, but this does add to my concern.
