Anyone could help me measure the risk? Also what's my test accuracy ?

First of all, I am sorry for my bad English writing.
Hello, so I had anal sex last month, about 6 weeks. I used condom but it slipped half for a moment (but still hold on my glans penis). As the condom slipped half, we stopped the action. So after I re-wear the condom, the sex got going on. After the sex I concerned about if I had his rectal fluid on my hand? What if his rectal fluid rub and get into to my glans surface and urethra when I re-wear the condom?
My second concern is I had anxiety disorder at the morning, so I had actions like bite fingers to small amount bloody. This was about 9 hours ago before the sex, at the time for sex there is no wound visible to the naked eyes.  For the sex foreplay, I put my fingers into his anus. Will this let me get HIV?
I had OraQuick In Home test 3 and 5 weeks, they are both negative. I don't think I ever had a symptoms. I am planning to have a quest diagnostic HIV test next week but I am afraid to.
Also, I hope someone could tell me what generation the OraQuick In home test is, that will be super helpful!

Your question has been answered that you had no risk.  Any test you take will be negative based on the information you've provided here.

I believe you need to read the risks one more time so you can stop asking questions about things that aren't risks.  Risk for getting HIV:  having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Did you do those?  No?  Then NO RISK

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (fingers, mouth, etc. which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. You can't get hiv when you use a condom if the head was protected. The condom protected you, so move on and ignore all the rest of the details that you listed that are worrying you.

Thank you soooo much! But my last concern is if the HIV virus can get to me by fingers? Because of the (half?) healed wound from my bite...
Just reread the advice and ask yourself if you did any of the 3, then after you say no I didn't it is time to move on.
Thank you so much!!!!!!
Sorry but last question, what about a some cut about 2.5-3 hrs before the sex? Is that a way for blood to body fluid exchange?
I mean a small cut on the finger I fingered him...
You asked that 2 other times.
