high risk HIV exposure, ars symptoms, negative tests

I had a high risk exposure to HIV.. Ars symptoms at 6 weeks.. Swollen lymph nodes (confirmed by doctor), fever, headache, sore throat, rash, and body aches.. Also mouth ulcers. I had a RNA test at 4 weeks since exposure (undetected or negative) and antibody test (3 rd generation) which was negative. I also had a RNA test at 9 weeks which was negative and also antibody was negative. At 11 weeks had another antibody test which came back negative. Is this conclusive? When should I test again? Swollen lymph nodes are still in my neck and have been for 7 weeks. What's the chance I have HIV due to these symptoms, exposure, and negative tests? Exposure was unprotected sex 12 times.

Thanks! I heard it can sometimes take up to 6 months for your body to produce antibodies to the virus. Is that true if you've had a significant risk?

3 months is conclusive but DONT expect your negative result to change in the next week
