Want to ask regarding how HIV infected someone?

Hi there, i want to ask something regarding how actually HIV infect somebody, for example there are 4 cases that I wanted to ask whether that each cases able to infect HIV to us or not:
1. When you go to gym, and you didn't realize that your back just pricked by something that you don't know when you lay down in the bench. But, when you check in that bench there no such thing that prick you. Then, when you check the back area that got prick, there are little bit red colored skin around that area. However, you cannot see it clearly whether it is bleeding or not but it didn't feel any pain though. Does that situation can indicate someone could get infected from that situation?

2. Assume the condition quite same with number 1, you didn't know about what thing that pricked you. However, the back area that got pricked by a thing and got bleeding from it. Does that can make you infected by HIV? Since we don't know how that thing prick us whether into bloodstream or not...

3.  Assume that condition quite same with number 1 too, but there is something small but sharp thing in that bench and you got pricked from it in your back. Which result your back are bleeding. Does that able to make you infected from it?  Also, do you able got infected, when you got pricked by that something sharp in the area of your back that currently already had open wound before got pricked?

4. Assume that when you go to the gym but with open wound in your hand/ finger/ in any part of your body. You do your workout as usual, but with that open wound not covered by band aid or something. Does that able to get you infected by HIV if those open wound get contact with sweat or saliva of someone with HIV in that gym from touching the gym equipment or bench that contained with sweat or saliva of HIV person?

Please answers sequentially, to avoid any further questions and misunderstanding.

Your answers are very much appreciated.

Thank you.

Your question has been fully answered that none of the possible four things you've listed are risks.  There is nothing to add to that and we are closing this discussion.

These are not questions for this forum. Please find a therapist to help you with your obsessive HIV phobia because it is outside the scope of the support that can be provided here.

No it's not like i got phobia or something, but searched in internet that a lot of it said that require a number of blood and and number of exposure to get infected. Which made confused and curiosed about that. That's why i wanted to ask regaridngtjose circumstances.

Also, my friend want to ask to, whether can we get infected when we had open wound in our hand and get direct contact with someone towel with HIV on, could we able to get infected?
I just want to make sure whether my perception regarding how we able to get infected by that disease itself. That's why i asked that kind of 4 perceptions are not possible to get infected right?

You comment and answer is appreciated. Thanks
Below are the risks for HIV. Did you have any of the 3 listed?
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established.
Thanks @anxious, however this is my LAST question for you. As you mentioned before regardless of we having open wound contact with something outside will not get infected by that disease right? So, if the open wound are in our lips or tongue, can we still able to be infected?
Which of the 3 do you think your situation was?

No, no, no, no. HIV transmission has to happen inside your body, not outside it.

So regardless you get bleed by something sharp will not get you HIV right? From your basis right?
Since, i thought at first that something sharp could be needle, which is one way that we could get infected from it
