hiv exposure ,please help me

At the moment,When I ride a bicycle.i find some blood on my cushion.Then i get a traffic accident.And  then my anus canal  run into the cushion.My anus canal get hurt.and my wound get in touch with the blood.If the blood has hiv virus in it.Is it a risks for me to be infected by HIV?Is it the HIV virus in blood would die while the get out of one's body at once?Thank a lot.

Someone says:The blood with HIV virus would become no infectious at once after it get out of one's body.Because the blood touch the air and outer environment,due to the outer environment and air would destroy the HIV virus in blood.
Do you think it is right?I am worry about the touching of blood in daily life. I afraid the blood leave by someone anywhere would infect me.

The blood in cushion is left by a man look not very healthy . The accident happened after about 1minutes late .Is it still no risks at all?

Sorry it is not 1minutes.It is ten seconds between the man left the blood and I ride the bicycle.And I get accident after about five seconds pass since I begin to take the bicycle.Is it any risk for me?
