can i catch hiv through open cuticles and and fresh scratch on my finger? i gave a handjob to a guy which i strongly suspect might have the disease, he ejaculated over the scratched surface on my hand.
i washed few minutes later and applied alcohol, the alcohol stinged and i noticed the scratch is still red

So, you asked about your hand and getting HIV already. The answer hasn't changed since then. :>)) HIV is spread from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Those are the only ways that people get HIV. Fingering, giving a hand job, etc. is not going to give you HIV because all is exposed to air. This is ZERO risk.
