Hiv from fingering and TOUCH tip of the penis

Sir I fingered a unknown prostitute transgender two fingers in her anus two fingers and then musterbation my penis without condom with the same hand or same finger within 2 seconds can i have a risk infected hiv in the both scenario 1. Fingring 2.just TOUCH tip of the penis after fingering..??? I have no any cut on my finger. I TEST hiv antibody 3rd genration rapid screening test after 77 days of exposure which was negative. So can i conclusive it or I have required still again test after this test. Plz answers.can I take deep breath after this test or still am I in risk?? Plz  answer.

Thanks sir but can i conclusive this TEST. It means this is no risk activity but a hiv dr told me there is a big risk because u finger inside may be fingers neel corners n soft skin can transmission virus and second reason musterbation imdiate after fingering because I m already nude fingering and musterbation is too short may be touch with my pre cum and tip of the penis one or more time. Risk . I m confussion. Should I do TEST again or not plz help,

You had no risk since you didn't have penetrating vaginal and your test was a waste of time - which is a good thing.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Your  encounters are a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your  encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from  what you did so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.
