I need an assessment please.

Since other forum  that I went couldn't help me and addressed my concerns  I know you guys won't disappoint me let me introduced myself and explained my situation. Hello guys I'm a 20 year old bisexual male I went to a party last week   I went out with a friend  that supposedly trusted and I'm very disappointed so his friend abused me while I was at the influenced of alcohol It was a gay party so there were giving condoms now I'm assuming were latex so this guy pulled me to the restroom put the condom on me things that concern me is  unfortunately  don't remembered if the condoms had a hole done by a needle maybe I'm thinking malicious also I don't remembered if the condom broke I was highly intoxicated ! ! ! His been ignoring me  and won't reply my messages  and he is very promiscuous so I'm assuming he is HIV POZ+  what are the chances of me getting infected through this exposure? Lets say condom indeed broke what got my attention is Ann from pozforum says he has never seesing someone getting infected by a condom broke accident that they're more likely to win a million dollar lottery than getting HIV infected by a condom broke accident.

Also all modern test can detect antibodies within 4-6 weeks right? Up to 95%  and are unlikely to change?  Dr Handsfield and Hook statements.

In your case, either one would be negative, so they're equally reliable. :)

You would have known if the condom broke, and in the unlikely event that someone maliciously poked a hole in the condom, it would have broken when used.  That's how condoms are designed.  Yes, the results of the test are accurate at that time and unlikely to change.

Thank you so much Claire. I although I'm sure nothing  bad happened during the intercourse I'm not 100 % sure because I was drunk I have another question hopefully someone else answer this I live in Mexico and they have  Rapid HIV test like the U.S. my question in general is are Rapid HIV test less accurate than a lab test? Or isn't a difference at all..
