hiv testing question after hand job

hello community.

i visited a massage person in the usa, she is higher end and claims not to do anything but hand release.  during the session she was naked and did perform a hand job.  she sat on my stomach and i am pretty certain there was no vaginal penetration or frottage of any kind.

my guilt over doing this — i am married — has caused me to be anxious about hiv.  so at five weeks, i got a 4th gen ag/ab test done which was negative.

now in my mind all scenarios are happening.  did she slide my penis into her vagina?

i know this sounds crazy.

here is the question.  is my five week test absolutely conclusive or do i need another test at six weeks+?

thank you

There is no debate on fourth Vs  sixth week for a IV Gen.

As reassured by diver58 for a low risk exposure a IV Gen is conclusive at 4 weeks and as correctly pointed out by chima7, you had no risk. Hence, it is unnecessary for you to worry about information regarding any kind of HIV testing.

Your actual issue is cheating on your wife, which is leading you to confuse your guilt with other emotions, see a therapist for it, you don't have HIV, you can't pass it on to your wife since you don't have it. We have established that you don't have an HIV concern. Please accept support offered and move on.

The risks of HIV transmission in adults is to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex where penetration occurred or sharing IV drug needles. Those really are the only documented cases that have been proven to spread HIV.  It's actually a very fragile virus.  Hand jobs do not transmit HIV.  You didn't need to get tested but your negative test confirms that you don't have HIV.

what’s happening in my mind are the what if’s.  what if she slid my penis into her vagina.  etc.

i have read in the expert forums that six weeks is the standard for 4th gen testing conclusively.

i’m glad you guys said four weeks is conclusive.

when is a sex week test needed in addition to the negative four week test?

thank you
It's not needed for you because you had no risk. No risk of course means it's pointless to test.
so diver58 community leader said:

Even if there was a risk, 4th generation test is conclusive any time four weeks after the exposure

so i think this would help a lot of people to understand better.

is 4 weeks conclusive or when is the 6 week additional test needed?

thank you most curious.

Your risk never existed, therefore your test result will always come Negative.... Even if there was a risk, 4th generation test is conclusive any time four weeks after the exposure
