hong kong hooker. scared

please help doc.

I had protected vaginal but unprotected oral sex with a female sex worker in hongkong on 30th June. for the oral, she went down on me for 20 secs before i stopped her.

on 7th aug, there were 2 or 3 small red bumps on my arm and leg.
they disappeared 1 day later.
today, 26 aug, I had 4 red bumps on my left arm and one on the back of my palm.

I have not had any fever.

1. do I need testing? is it true that no one has ever got HIV via receptive oral sex?

2. are those red bumps ars symptoms? given the description and timeframe

3. can I carry on unprotected vaginal sex with my own gf? I would never dp anything to put her at risk, however small that may be.

many thanks.

I am freaked out now as I just discovered there are 2slightly raised red spots on each of my arms respectively.
I do not normally get these things.

Please please tell me if they resemble to you ARS symptoms. Should I go get tested tomorrow?? Please Teak and Getitright..!!

FROM THE HIV EXPERTS HERE AT MEDHELP:

"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow"  DR HOOK

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex.  The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way.  Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk".  There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex.  Please educate yourself about the real risks.  If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. "   DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..."   DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA

The observation on thousand and thousand of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort).  DR. HOOK

"With regard to the question you ask, I will repeat, as I’ve said more times than I can think- there are NO credible cases in which persons have acquired HIV through performance of oral sex- none!!.  The chance that you will be the first is ridiculously low.  You are more likely to be hit by lightening while reading my reply to you. DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." DR HOOK

"There is no credible evidence that HIV is spread through oral sex, with or without the presence of cuts or blood in the persons mouth."- DR HOOK

"Oral sex. there is no evidence that HIV is spread through giving or receiving oral sex"- DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread through oral sex."  DR HOOK

You don,t have an hiv rash, because you don,t have hiv and i already told you that ARS rashes don,t appear after 2 months.Stop worrying about this. What ever rash you have its related to something else.

what does HIV rash look like ?

There not related to an ARS rash because you don,t have hiv, because you never had a risk.Ars rashes appear 2 to 4 weeks after infection, not 2 months after.Your safe.

one more thing: can you describe HIV rash please? also, those red bumps are not ars symptoms as you said, but what made you think that way, except for the fact that it was merely oral sex?

You have nothing to worry about as far as hiv is concerned. As far as other STD,s well i can,t answer that because you need to test to find that out.You said you care about your girlfriend, then if this is the case get tested for those STD,s now,and be safe when your having sex with her.Your absolutely 100% safe for hiv infection.

and I have absolutely nothing to worry about, at all, since I have had no exposure. is that correct?
