how dangerous are vaginal fluids to the pennis urethra

there are all these guys asking questions aboout the chance of hiv infection from some direct but not deep exposure to vaginal fluids, i wud like a doctor who knows what they are talking about to say how dangerous  vaginal fluids are suppose a guy just brushed the tip of his pennis to a womans vaginal where there was some obvuous wetness, and to waht level, i wud like to believe that intercourse that can be seen as risky is the one where the pennis go all the way into the vaginal and that tipping or poking the vulva or the clitoris in a woman will not caise major risk coz the fluids are eitherenot that concentatted or since they are so out the vaginal tunnel, they are already exposed to air and arent harmful, i have played with women this kind odf pennis to vagina teasing game before wearing a condom and i wud like to  know just how risky is his behaviour, also, i read that the amount of fluid will determine infection,t hom much is enough fluid, and lastly, during intercourse, does a guy through pushing and pulling, like suck in the fluids from the woman and vacuum them into his urethra, lost of guys here wud like a good doctor to explain this fatcs

the whole thing once you think about it is reaaly absurd, like i said, sighting personal reserarch i have done, the vaginal fluids so in question are somewhat dangerous but what the doctors will not tell us and i suspect they have no idea also, is the varying degrees to which the fluids can be deemed lethal to infection, in my opinion which like i said is supported by wide personal reseaerch i would say that the fluids are all mixed up up ,when your pennis is in there all the way, its very dangerous cause its like trying to unblock the drain with a stick and you get real dirt, but if its just brushing the pennis to the vaginal entrance a bit, the fluids there are exposed to air already and not tightly compacted like those in the cervix all the way inside, plus the long duration of exposure  only allows the fluids to start slowly trickling down to the urethra ,but  just brushing and poking cant pose any risk to spaek of, the hiv virus is quite weak and dies quicly before it has a chance to carry its decedants to your blood straem
and as for the symptons you have been having, i will tell you this for sure, you are scared nand youb keep looking at all this facts in the internet, you dont want to get sick with aids but you styart imagining you have symptons and the slightest little thing you misinterpret it to be hiv symptons, ofcourse whn you have a lot on mind you will get a fever and loose sleep, when u r worried and dread the hiv you will be incloned to see things that are not real and develop miscalenous alter ego symptons like those rashes that arent real, please, relax

I am exactly in the same situation.......
Had protected sex with pozitive csw...didnt know.....
My pn$$$$ touched for a few seconds her vag$$$$...or my fingers with some fluid fro her.
But I do suspect that she was not wet.....but I have all these fever and rash red patches on my upper thigh and one in face and one in fore arm....I afraid to look at my body.....neck, groin, armpit pains...but no enlargement.....burning sensation....but the red spots don't itch that's the scary part....but I do have itchy feeling in other parts of the body.....

Please can some one answer....vg fluid risk....any reports.....for my bg please read my post about 6 and 7 weeks negative but symptoms continues...

Thanks
