i am so confused

hi dear friends and thanks a lot for making this site for easing our minds
i am a 28 years old man from Iran and i had a sex 89 days ago with a sex worker who was unspecified about her hiv condition . our vaginal penetration was protected but she gave me an unprotected oral sex and after sex i became aware that i had a wound which didn't have blood under my hand nail and the wound was fervent but without blood and i put that finger inside her wet *****.after 10 days i developed a 10 days mild fever that for two days reached to 38 degree c and ear pain for 15 days and a mild sore throat and weakness that has continued till now
the test which i have done are :
at 18th day an hiv 1&2 ( antibody and p24 ) = 0.104 by ecl method and NEGATIVE based on lab reference
at 21th day an hiv 1&2 ( antibody and p24 ) = 0.145 by ecl method and NEGATIVE based on lab reference
at 28th day an hiv 1&2 ( antibody and p24 ) = 0.289 by ecl method and NEGATIVE based on lab reference
at 42th day an hiv 1&2 ( antibody and p24 ) = qualitative and NEGATIVE by ecl method
at 42th day a rapid test = NEGATIVE
at 47th day an hiv 1&2 ( unknown method )( probably antibody third generation )= NEGATIVE
at 67th day an hiv 1&2 ( antibody and p24 ) = 0.614 by ecl method and NEGATIVE based on lab reference
at 74th day a pcr RNA test= undetectable lower than 35 copies/ml
at 85th day an hiv 1&2 ( antibody and p24 ) = qualitative and NEGATIVE by ecl method
now questions :
1- what's your idea about my situation? in my country guideline says that 6 months tests are conclusive. should i retest at 6 months or you think that our guidelines are outdated?
does it have differences between tests in Iran and other western countries based on quality which can increase the time of antibody detection? methods in Iran are ESL Roche test and rapid blood test and pcr RNA test
2- i wasn't on PEP/PREP and my hcv test in 47th days was negative. i want to know more about immunodeficiency immune system. what is it? is it possible that some body has this problem and don't know about it?
3- how is the accuracy of pcr RNA test at 70th days will it decrease after it's window period ( 2 or 3 weeks ) or not?
4- increase in the numbers of ECL test does have any meaning and is dangerous?
thanks a lot for giving me your precious time

You keep testing negative because you were never exposed to HIV and had no risk for infection. Protected sex, oral sex and fingering (even with cuts or scrapes or whatever) are all not a risk.

The only sexual risk for HIV is unprotected anal or vaginal sex. You used a condom for that and therefore you had no risk. You can stop testing because you never needed testing in the first place and your multiple negative results prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are not infected with HIV. I suggest you move on from this and continue using condoms for protection to stay HIV negative.
