I know guys but the symptoms are very close to that of HIV which are killing me. I used to be 107 kg a month and a half ago today I ma 102.6 kg. it all started one time when I went to this dreadful  barber show and he used his machine on the back of my head and I felt itchy that day although evrybody told there is no rash or anthing but because I still feel guilty because of thatt incedent I felt more and more itchy and got depresed but I was not loosing weight. A week later I wnet with a couple of friends who wanted to cheer me up to this Su Shi joint and the Su Shi was on display on a food display and the place was packed with people from defrent nationalities as we were in Dubai that night. After having acouple of pieces I felt really bad as if I had to vomit nad then the entire story started and I felt no desire to eat food and I had stomach pain and gasses and I could not sleep because I was thinking of that sin. I started to lose weight  but nothing unfamilliar showed on my body or my throght and mouth. I have had a soure throught but here and at thyis time of the year we have weeklly haevy sand storms.

Yep, h.pylori is a stomach bacteria that is treated with 3 medications at once. Nothing to do with HIV. You probably have had h.pylori for a long time

I went to a doctor and they did for me every test you can imagine except the HIV test and they even did me a stool test and I told her about the incident she told go home there is nothing wrong with you. The only thing is that I was diagnosed with h.pylori bacteria that have the following symptoms:
 A change in appetite with weight loss
 Nausea
 Vomiting
 Frequent burping
 Bloating
 An ache or burning pain in your abdomen
She told me that I being anxious for no reason and that if I stopped thinking about this incident then my ulcer would cure better and I would not feel anything.
