if someone was seroconverting...

if someone was seroconverting at their most infectious stage does the condom still offer full 100 % protection? my worry comes as I had protected sex with somebody 4 days ago and she now tells me she had unprotected sex with another person 3 weeks prior..... wanted me without a rubber but i was firm in rubber or no sex now i am a bit scared of the effective protection offered by the condom no break happened
