if symptoms show can test pickups the Infection
After 28day The exposure i was taken HIV ANTIBODY SCREENING TEST HIV I & II AND P24 COMBO TEST Name shows in test report can pickup the Infection.
Exposure was needle pinch in road and after that i was suffering Swallan lumpy nodes on back of my neck.
negative ....please ans me i am worried.....

You were never at a risk for HIV. Please don't misunderstand your risk as an occupational needle stick injury.
You might want to take a tetanus shot if you haven't had one lately. Please see your GP, she/he can assess the wound and decide if you need a vaccination or any other treatment.
