im very scared

dear sir im not english speaking native now im in deep tension.before 1 month i have protected sex in dubai with filipino with condom but after removing condom she rubbed outer part of same condom with vaginal fluid on my penis head near utherea  please tell me asap im at risk of hiv or not.

You were never at risk,do not worry. You were protected is not a risk at all.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

but there is semen on the tip of my penis im afraid about both fluid combines can get infect.there is no more time gap between removing and touching.now icome to know that hiv virus cannot live out side for long time may be virus is on active mode then also im at no risk.

You penis could have been dripping in her vaginal fluid and it would still not be a risk.  As long as the head of your penis was covered when you penetrated her you have not hd a risk.

Anything that goes on outside of penetration e.g. outside not inside the body is not a risk.

Hi  hiv i and ii antibodies test by spot method after 15 weeks is conclusive if i got flu like illness after 6 weeks
